The determination of the machine capability of SMT equipment requires the use of high-precision measuring boards. These must not only have the typical characteristics of real products, but also enable accurate measurement.
We have developed a new measuring board especially for the measurement of marking lasers.
It consists of a composite of a structured stainless steel foil with a carbon base plate. The use of stainless steel has the advantage that the measuring structures are not affected by the laser and yet a high measurement accuracy is guaranteed.
